Cancellation Policy:
In case of bad weather and client will be informed in advance that the safari is cancel, the booking option.
Automatically will go for the following day. If the client does not want to go on following day due to their schedules
100% refund will be paid back by the Dubai for Destination Tourism.
If client has done the dune bashing and will not be able to avail the B.B.Q. dinner at the campsite 45% refund will
be paid back by the Dubai for Destination Tourism
In case the client cancels the safari within 24 hrs there will be no refund and full amount will be
Charged.
Desert Safari bookings are quoted on a per case basis.
Deposit schedule and cancellation policy apply, and will be stipulated in a separate group contract.
Dubaitourismsafari.com is not physicall company in UAE. We are giving the enquiries to the third party who will be responsible for everything. In case of any complaints you must contact the company not us through the driver's number that we provide. We will be very happy to recieve any complaints from you and if we find out that the company is not providing the best services we shall switch to another professional company. |
